Guildlines for conduct in regards to Alchemy guild members.

1.  You are all representatives of Alchemy.  Therefore, you all are required to act in the best interest of the guild, both in guild and non-guild activities.

2.  The guild channel is an open channel for all members of the guild.  Language and inappropriate content used in channel will not be tolerated.  

3.  Problems or concerns between two or more members needs to be addressed with a guild officer in confidence.  The guild channel is not a platform for public discussion of guild members in any negative way. 

4.  Help each other out!  This is not a request, but more of a requirement.  Each one of us are a member of a guild.  The concept alone states the need to be part of something bigger than oneself.  Hence, participation in guild functions and activites needs to be a priority. 

5.  Plan accordingly for specific needs.  We have a forum for the guild to plan ahead of time any needs or desires for individual participation.  The guild officers will post guild participation as events are planned.

These guildlines are in place to better facilitate improved gameplay and cooperation from the guild as a whole.  Membership in Alchemy means to work together to achieve all goals necessary for guild advancement.
